Basmati improves with age and relies entirely on nature for its very special characteristics. We store our rice for it to mature, before carefully milling, resulting in a deeper and richer aroma.
Our Super Basmati is grown and harvested in the traditional manner at the foothills of the Himalayas, and is prized for its fragrance and length.
